Yes, there are some reviews that note ways we could improve, and we respond to each of those with follow-up, consideration and improvement. We believe our customers to be our best form of advertising. We also know that people talk about their mechanic – and it’s not always good. - No unnecessary upsell
Because our customers tell us, one of the things they like about Jeffrey’s is that we do not engage in “upselling” that may leave many customers suspicious and confused. Because we offer a 25-point inspection on most cars that come into our shop, we may find additional problems with your vehicle that need attention. But we are not trying to sell you auto repair services that are not necessary. We diagnose, we repair the problem and get you safely back on the road.

- Nice waiting area
Probably a chief complaint customers have always had about mechanics and auto repair shops is that they are not clean, perhaps smokey, and sometimes because of the nature of some of the decor (if you know what I mean), not an appropriate place to bring your kids. Not at Jeffreys! We have worked hard to provide a waiting area that is unlike you find at many of the independent auto repair shops out there.
